Shakira took a subtle dig at her ex Gerard Piqué once again while accepting three awards at the Latin Grammys.

She attended the event with her two sons, Milan and Sasha, who she shares with the soccer star she split from in June, 2022, after 12 years of dating.

She received the Best Pop Song and Best Urban Interpretation awards from her ex’s Spanish teammate, Sergio Ramos. Shakira detailed “the difficult moments” that had shaped her life in her acceptance speech.

According to the 46-year-old singer, “I want my Spanish public to know about this.”. My friends, you have been there for me through good and bad times.”

Following her exit from the podium, her sons congratulated their mother and kissed her cheeks.

A total of three awards were handed out to the Hips Don’t Lie singer. Also, she won Best Song of the Year for Shakira: Bzrp Music Sessions, Vol. ’53’ was a collaboration between record producer Bizarrap and myself released in January.

When posing for the red carpet, Shakira, who had seven nominations across four categories, wore a black and gold gown complemented by gold, platform heels. After changing into an intricately cut emerald green gown, she looked stunning.
