Spread the love

A chatbot will have personality and specialize in certain topics, like holidays or cooking.

AI companies are racing to create more accurate and personalised chatbots, and this is the latest salvo in the arms race.

According to Mark Zuckerberg, the chatbots are still a work in progress with “limitations.”

During Meta’s first in-person event since the pandemic, Mr Zuckerberg said AI had had an “amazing year”.

Meta AI is the company’s main chatbot, which can be used in messaging. Users can ask Meta AI questions in chat “to settle arguments” or for other purposes. has not yet tested the chatbot based on Llama 2, the large language model the company released for commercial use in July.

Kendall Jenner and Snoop Dogg have also lent their personalities to chatbots.

It is not just about answering questions with chatbots.

“This isn’t just about answering questions,” Zuckerberg said. The purpose of this is to entertain.

As per Meta, Tom Brady will play ‘Bru’, a wisecracking sports debater, and MrBeast will play ‘Zach’, a big brother who will “roast” you.

Zuckerberg said the bots had “a lot of limitations” when it came to answering questions.
