After his Malibu mansion was deemed a workplace hazard, Kanye West filed a lawsuit for wrongful termination.

The property is valued at around $57 million, and was completely gutted after the actor purchased it in September of 2021.

As a result, guards for the compound raised concerns about safety and one of them was terminated.

The guard in question, Tony Saxton, was asked to bring large generators into Kanye’s living quarters while working for the rapper.

He raised safety concerns and expressed concern about the extreme danger of such actions, however.

Saxton was told to “get the hell out” by Kanye after Kanye responded by saying he would be considered an enemy if he did not comply.

As a result of all of this, Kanye found himself the target of a lawsuit during his Italian vacation.

On September 13, the lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

The US Sun reports that the lawsuit also revealed other orders, including the removal of windows and electricity from Kanye’s home.
