The Dream Girl 2 co-star Ayushmann Khurrana and Ananya Panday have addressed their age difference.

A trailer for Dream Girl 2 was released at a Mumbai launch event recently, where Panday discussed her 14-year age gap with Khurrana.

When asked about the age difference at the launch event, the Student of the Year 2 actress said it doesn’t bother her in today’s society. In her opinion, it’s fine.

“I don’t think this is an issue of today. The age gap has always existed. People should not be preoccupied with this factor when watching a film. If they do, it becomes problematic. As long as both actors are suitable for their respective roles, it’s perfectly acceptable,” Panday said.

In Dream Girl 2, Pati Patni Aur Woh actress Nushratt Bharuccha has replaced Bareily Ki Barfi actor Nushratt Bharuccha.

Previously, the romantic-comedy film was scheduled to release in July. According to India Today, the film’s release has been delayed until August 25.

Dream Girl 2 is directed by Raaj Shaandilyaa and produced by Ekta Kapoor. The film also stars Paresh Rawal, Vijay Raaz, Rajpal Yadav, Annu Kapoor, and Sarani.
