At Camp Jail Lahore on Sunday, Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PMLQ) President Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain met Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) President Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi for the second time in a few days.

Also present during the visit were Chaudhry Salik and Chaudhry Wajahat Hussain, according to sources. In addition to the meeting with Shujaat Hussain, the medical board examined Pervaiz Elahi before the meeting with Shujaat Hussain.

Shujaat has once again requested Pervaiz Elahi to leave PTI and rejoin PMLQ, according to sources. The meeting also discussed the country’s current political situation.

Sources claim that Pervaiz Elahi refused the offer, saying that he had gone through all the suffering, and that now his son Chaudhry Moonis Elahi would make the decision about his politics.
