Former Disney Channel star Mitchel Musso was arrested Saturday in Texas and booked on multiple charges, including public intoxication.

According to the Rockwall Police Department, Musso was charged with five offenses following an incident at a hotel after 7 p.m.

In a statement provided, authorities said the 32-year-old actor was intoxicated when he entered the hotel and began eating chips. As soon as the subject was asked to pay for them, he became verbally abusive and left without paying.”

During an investigation, officers determined that “Mr. Musso displayed signs of intoxication” after arresting him outside the hotel.

Musso wore a white towel across his chest as he stood against a concrete wall.

According to authorities, a routine check of Mr. Musso’s records revealed several outstanding traffic warrants from the Rockwall Police Department. 

After being transported to the Rockwall County Detention Center, he was booked for the charges listed above.

According to authorities, Musso spent one night in jail and posted a bond of $1000.00 late Sunday afternoon.

His additional outstanding traffic warrants remain unclear.

In addition, Musso was charged for violating a “promise to appear.”

Musso starred as Oliver Oken alongside Miley Cyrus on “Hannah Montana” for five years, and also voiced the role of Jeremy Johnson on “Phineas and Ferb.”
