Square, the digital payments company, experienced outages on several services Thursday.

Multiple Square services are experiencing issues at the moment. We understand how important it is for your business to have our services up and running, so we’re actively working on a fix,” the company tweeted.

“Our engineering team is actively working to identify the issue,” according to the company’s status page.

“We’re all hands on deck, and we’ll let you know as soon as we have news,” the company wrote on its status page.

Square’s outage started Thursday afternoon, according to outage tracking site Downdetector. It is unclear how widespread the problem is.
