Harry Brook take top Professional Cricketers Association awards

Ashes Test against Australia in June, Beaumont, 32, became the first England women’s player to score a double century.
As a result, she became the first female centurion in The Hundred in August.
In the Ashes, Brook scored 363 runs and then hit the fastest century in the men’s century.
In the women’s category, Thunder and Manchester Originals left-arm seamer Mahika Gaur won the award, while Somerset wicketkeeper James Rew won the award in the men’s category.
“I’m really thrilled to win it. I was shocked just to be nominated with so many players having really good summers such as Nat [Sciver-Brunt], Georgia [Adams], and Bryony [Smith].
My peers voted for me, and I think that’s why the PCA Awards are so special, since your team-mates and opponents vote.
“I want to be the best that I can be going forward and contribute positively to every team I join.”
As Brook becomes the first player to win awards in three successive seasons after winning the young player award two years ago, he said: “The last 12 months have been a dream come true and this is an honor.”
The chance to play in different conditions with and against some of the best players in the world has made it even sweeter to help England win cricket games.”
In the past three years, Jonny Bairstow, Joe Root, and Chris Woakes have won the award, along with Nat Sciver-Brunt.
