Shahrukh Khan starrer Jawan has won hearts, however, what caught fans attention was Deepika Padukone’s cameo that blew them away.

She plays the character of Aishwarya Rathore, which is also the name of her debut character in the South Indian film, Aishwarya (2006).

Padukone fans took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to praise her for making a huge impact on the big screen without a long runtime or role.

Jawan opened in cinemas on September 7, 2023, and earned Rs.150 crores worldwide on its first day. Shah Rukh Khan fans flocked to the Gaiety Galaxy theatre at 6am to watch the first show chanting “India ki shaan Shah Rukh Khan!”
